Paul Craddock – Director



Paul has over 20 years experience in industry as a professional business manager with recognised negotiation, planning and software skills. With a background of business continuity and communications, Paul moved into the asbestos arena with the development of the software solution which is now offered to clients across all sectors.

A qualified surveyor, Paul works closely with clients to ensure the ongoing responsibilities of asbestos issues are handled professionally and in good time. Creating PVsurveys has been a natural progression, allowing his knowledge and skill set to contribute to the products and services offered within the group.

Dennis Adams - Director & Lead Surveyor

A bold statement perhaps but when you look at his background, it is entirely correct. And we are extremely pleased to have Dennis on board.

For many years Dennis was involved in the insulation and asbestos removal industry, working on a wide range of contracts from small projects like removing a few ceiling tiles in a high street store, right up to management level in Europe’s largest removal contract at the time, Battersea Power Station.

Dennis’ knowledge has increased over the years with regular updates on new techniques, formulas, and safety issues making way for a new approach to the industry and its operatives.

Right from the early days in the removal industry, when the HSE guidelines were basic to say the least, up to the present day with the licensing and close monitoring of removal companies, the changes have been good for the industry.  For those directly connected in the industry, the implementation of new sophisticated personal protection equipment (PPE) through to precise training and regular health screening of its managers and operatives, the asbestos industry overall has matured.

Dennis changed direction in the late eighties when the poacher became game keeper and he entered the air monitoring sector which involved inspecting asbestos removal work areas and ensuring satisfactory air test results. This is an essential part of the removal process which allows safe re-occupation of an area following asbestos removal.  Projects included close involvement with removal contractors on local government projects such as schools, hospitals and community buildings.

For the last 8 years Dennis has combined all his knowledge and skills into his role as Lead surveyor managing a wide spectrum of building surveys ranging from a thirteenth century church, with an asbestos lined organ blower box, to a modern late nineties college campus.

On a personal level, Dennis is exceptionally professional, approachable and eager to ensure the highest standards of safety are delivered in an industry that needs to get it right. First time, every time.

Nikki keeps us all in order. We're a busy company and Nikki's role is to ensure that we're all in the right place at the right time. Nikki also handles all our office administration and just about anything else that needs to be done!
