I was requested to carry out an immediate asbestos survey of our full residential stock consisting of around 2,200 units widely dispersed across England and Scotland. Due to the business decision involved and timeframe constraints it was critical that a comprehensive, very professionally managed survey be carried out. West London Health Estates and Facilities Management

West London Health Estates and Facilities Management are responsible for the maintenance of over 40 PCT s (Primary Care Trusts) in Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow.

PVsurveys were awarded the contract to carry out Type 2 surveys on all sites and to provide a plan for the future management of asbestos on these sites.

The surveys were completed using our own software which was subsequently purchased by West London.

PVsurveys now manage all asbestos issues on the sites undertaking re-inspections and type 3 surveys when required.
