One of the largest solicitors in the South East of England, Cripps Harris Hall had seven buildings that were all in excellent decorative condition without needing any immediate refurbishment works.

Being aware of their duty to mange and the need for a register, Cripps Harris Hall instructed PVsurveys to carry out an initial phase of Type 1 surveys, to ensure compliance and to form a base to extend their management policy in the coming years.

The partners further decided to purchase and install the Presumed Asbestos software, which now provides reports and permits where necessary and will be updated appropriately as further surveys are undertaken.
