inspection at the same site to be completed in a fraction
of the time usually spent because Presumed Asbestos™
will ask you only for the changes, not the entire survey.

by the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2006 is not
just about completing a survey, but managing the risk thereafter.

explanations of how each part of the Presumed Asbestos™
software helps you.
The opening screen of Presumed Asbestos
allows the user to gain access to all areas of the survey
results and recommendations agreed with the surveyor.
From here, all reports are accessed, allowing
the user to prepare “Permits to Work”, print off
inspection results or to create documentation to support a
maintenance program – planned or emergency.
A schedule of all activity is shown on the
right-hand side of the screen, which can prompt the user to
re-inspect a particular item, make a note of actions to repair
or plan a program of updates, as required.
The Reports section of Presumed Asbestos
offers information on all aspects of the surveys results,
from the complete Management report through to a list of all
the components and when they should be checked again.
Importantly Presumed Asbestos allows the
customer to update the survey and keep a live register of
all identified and suspected asbestos components, thereby
being fully compliant with the legislation.
